All delivery lead-times are the best estimate at the time of order, we aim to deliver items we have in stock within 7-10 days. If items are not in stock we will advise what the estimated lead time will be; time is not the essence of the contract. Once final payment is made your details will be sent to our delivery company and you will be contacted with a date for delivery. Couriers

We use a courier service for the efficient despatch of NordDeck chairs, tables, accessories and cushions ordered separately. We despatch courier items using a 48 hour service during business hours. We cannot offer timed delivery on courier deliveries. You can track your courier delivery on-line.

We only deliver to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Standard delivery

A standard delivery is dependant on the courier and is usually scheduled between Monday to Friday, 7am -5pm. If you require a specific date or time e.g. before 9am, then you will need to pay an additional charge and the order is classed as a special delivery. In such case, before making your order, please contact us on sales@NordEco.co.uk to organise a specific date or time and to arrange for BACS transfer payment.

Special delivery

If you require a specific date or time e.g. before 9am or on weekends, then you will need to pay an additional charge.  Once items are ready for delivery we can obtain a quote from our courier service and arrange the payment with you through a bank transfer. Also if you want to purchase more than four Nordeck Chairs, please contact us for special delivery rates and arrangements.

Please note:
 If couriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

Time of delivery is not of the essence in these Terms and Conditions of Trading. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of NordEco Style, or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Delivery Charges

We operate standard delivery charges. When you reach the checkout stage you will be quoted the standard delivery price of £9.95 per order, or £5 for Royal Mail deliveries under 1kg.

The standard price applies on weekday deliveries with no specific delivery time set.

Please note: Redeliveries may incur additional costs from the couriers and we will have to invoice you these separately after the initial sale – there are no exceptions. You or your appointee MUST be there to accept the delivery once you have booked one.
