These terms and conditions cover the sale of NordEco Style products contained on this website. By placing an order with NordEco Style you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below.
The style and originality of our furniture comes from the natural materials used. Any natural indentations, knots or branches are part and parcel of wood and add to its character. No two chairs are identical what comes to knots and natural patterns. We neither try to hide natural patterns, nor select timber without knots.
Care of Wood
Real wood will acclimatise in your home or outdoors within the first year. In order to maintain the colour of the wood, regular care by oiling and winter storage in a shed or other indoor space will be ideal. You can learn how to care for your timber items on our dedicated page here.
Shipping and Delivery
We use standard delivery charges. When you reach the checkout stage you will be quoted the standard delivery price according to the following table:
Please note: Redeliveries may incur additional costs from the couriers and we will have to invoice you these separately after the initial sale – there are no exceptions. You or your appointee MUST be there to accept delivery once you have booked one.
It is your responsibility to check all goods on delivery. If couriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.
Time of delivery is not of the essence in these Terms and Conditions of Trading. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of NordEco Style or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
Items on your order may be dispatched at different times, however only the one delivery charge will apply.

Privacy and Security
NordEco Style respects your privacy and therefore all your personal data will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) we have electronically recorded your contact details for the purpose of processing your order, analysing statistics to improve this website and its services to you, administering this website and keeping you up to date with NordEco Style news and offers, in addition you confirm that you do not and will not consider any contact from NordEco Style as being a breach of any rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure during registration that the appropriate box is ticked. You may also unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a promotional email with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line, by emailing us at email@example.com
Your details will not be passed on to third parties. If you object to NordEco Style keeping this information please let us know and we will delete your details.
You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulator or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and/or User Information, we are entitled to do so.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to availability.
Once placing an order online you will immediately receive an order confirmation to the email address provided outlining the estimate delivery time and full order details.
We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse an order or delivery to any individual or company for any reason.
We reserve the right to discontinue products.
Our timber items are sourced and expertly crafted in Estonia and shipped to the UK. Due to NordEco Style not being the sole company sourcing goods leaving Estonia before heading to UK , we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays in the arrival of goods. We will however do our best to solve any problems these delays might cause.
If goods have been specially ordered for you, i.e. not in stock, then the order is exempt from the cancellation provision under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Therefore a cancellation fee of 20% is applicable to all special order products. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*
*A special order product is a NordDeck chair or stool which is not currently in stock and/or part of clearance stock. It is ordered specifically for you. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
All prices are inclusive of VAT. The price for the goods (including any applicable delivery charges) are listed in your order confirmation.
Payment accepted: We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchase; MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and Amex. Once final payment is made we will contact you within 5 working days to arrange delivery. See Shipping and Delivery. Full payment must be made before any product is dispatched from our warehouse, store or third party.
We accept payments in GBP (£) only.
Online Promotions: Only one promotional code (i.e. Voucher Codes) may be used per each online transaction. The promotional code has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or benefits in kind such as gift vouchers.
Once placed, you are able to track your order by logging in to your account. Log-in or Register to set up an account.
Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incomplete please contact customer services.
You can also check your delivery note or view your order online. We do dispatch items at different times depending on stock levels but we will always try and confirm with you which items you should be expecting with any one delivery. Also it is possible that different items on your order may be dispatched from different locations and so arrive at different times. Again we will always try and keep you informed of any such occurrence.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time period email Customer Services oncustomer.services@NordEco.co.uk.
If you believe an item is damaged or missing firstly check your delivery note and discuss with the courier personnel.
It is imperative that you report any damage or order discrepancy to NordEco Style as soon as possible. If you report damage to an item once the delivery drivers have left or after the fact it is at our discretion as to whether to charge you for any repairs.
We do our utmost to ensure your order process and delivery procedures are followed as smoothly as possible but please consider that from time to time human errors do occur. Your understanding is appreciated that we will do everything we can to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Also circumstances can arise which are beyond our control which may delay or cancel your delivery. In this instance we will not be liable for any consequential losses you experience but will organise a redelivery free of charge at a time convenient to you.

Updating Account Information
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact details or delivery addresses.
5 year guarantee on NordDeck chair and stool for any manufacturing faults. Guarantee excludes natural wear and tear, as well as changes in wood colour due to weathering.
Our guarantees do not apply to items taken outside the UK mainland and Ireland.
Returns and Replacements
The following excludes goods which are special order, which carry a 20% cancellation fee.
If you have never been to one of our NordEco Style exhibitions but have only bought online; and if for any reason (other than damage or a fault) you are not happy with your order you can cancel up until 7 working days after delivery. Providing the item(s) are unused, are still in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund less the delivery charge and a collection fee. To arrange a return please contact customer services.
Please note on timber items we will not accept returns or exchange items on a like for like basis due to the character of wood or what we deem timber markings.
For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange used cushions unless they’re faulty.
Refunds will be issued by the customer services department to the card which was used to place the order once we have confirmed receipt of the item (s).
All display, ex-display and clearance items are sold as seen without further restoration. All stock items must be paid for in full at the time of order. Display items are non-returnable, non-refundable and a credit note will not be issued if you change your mind.
